Carlton Keith Taylor, Jr. (he/they/she) is a native of Decatur, Georgia, a Spring 2018 graduate of Georgia Southern University and Spring 2023 graduate of The George Washington University. Working with people has always been their passion but wasn't brought into perspective until the end of their freshman fall undergraduate semester.

Throughout their undergraduate career, CT became heavily engaged through their involvement as a resident assistant, president of a fashion organization, and member of several on-campus academic organizations. As an advocate for their post-graduate success, CT obtained five professional internships with notable organizations, including - but not limited to - The Walt Disney Company and The Woodruff Arts Center.

After graduating from Georgia Southern University, CT stepped into a three-year role with The Woodruff Arts Center as its communications manager. In this position, CT managed and reconstructed the organization's website for an enhanced user experience, elevated the company's social media presence, polished the Art Center's efforts in graphic communications, built foundational relationships for seamless cross-campus collaboration, and maintained on-campus digital signage, including set design for high-level rentals for 21st Century Fox and Marvel.

Present day, CT completed their Masters of Art in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Public Policy at The George Washington University while working full-time as Marketing Manager for LGBTQ+ Victory Fund, a political organization that provides campaign and fundraising support to out LGBTQ+ candidates, and LGBTQ+ Victory Institute, a non-profit organization that works to obtain global equality through leadership development and train international LGBTQ+ leaders at all levels of government.

In his spare time, CT enjoys trying out new plant-based cuisine, playing tennis and kickball with Stonewall Sports, and going to amusement parks. CT serves as the Media + DEI Chair of their kickball team, The Switch Kickers.

CT self-identifies as a non-binary queer Black–African American human and uses all pronouns interchangeably.
